1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the CandorVault desktop client, web services, or related APIs (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service & User Responsibility

CandorVault provides real-time, non-intrusive speech assistance, interview coaching teleprompters, and AI copilot software designed to execute locally with hardware-level screen capture exclusion and zero-retention memory buffers.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of CandorVault complies with all applicable workplace policies, candidate agreements, interview terms, local laws, and regulations.

3. Privacy, Data Retention & Telemetry

CandorVault operates under a strict Zero-Retention policy. Audio streams and conversation transcripts are processed in volatile RAM buffers and are immediately zero-overwritten when your session concludes. We do not store your private audio recordings or sell your personal data.

4. Subscription Passes, Credits & Billing

CandorVault offers standalone 30-Day and 60-Day Access Passes and metered top-up credits processed via secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways (including Paystack and Safaricom M-Pesa). Access passes grant metered inference usage for the duration specified at purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, kernel-level capture exclusion implementations, user interface designs, trademarks, and documentation related to CandorVault are the exclusive property of CandorVault Technologies Inc.
